Description: CY*2 *5ppm-bilge water alarm is a new-type instrument for monitoring micro-oil content in waste water. It’s suitable for continuous monitoring of the oily water discharge in the bilge, with a *5 overrun alarm system and a controlling system for waste water discharge. In most case, it is applied as a set device for oil water separator. Operation principle: CY*2 *5ppm -bilge water alarm is prominent for its most advanced international technology content, with the infrared scattering measuring technique being applied. In the optical box, there are three devices being installed, one for eradiating the infrared ray to the discharge water contained in the glass tube, the other two for receiving the transmission light and diffusion light. In receiving the optical signal, the high-resolution photoelectric transducer turns it into electric signal, and then represents it in the form of voltage or current. According to the voltage or current magnitude, the microprocessor displays the oil thickness in LED. When the figure is higher than *5ppm, the device will give an alarm and output the over-limit data .In the mean time, the shutdown device will close all exits (electromagnetic valve). In this case, it is effective to control the release of over proof waste water.
